Managing Director: Jacobs Consultancy Senior Officer with overall responsibility for the project. Typically possesses an advanced degree in management, finance, engineering, public administration, or related field, with specific expertise in change management, strategic planning, quality management, financial and administrative systems, economic analysis, or other MOBIS subject area. On facilitation engagements, may perform as primary facilitator. Director: Officer or facilitator with overall responsibility of project management for large projects, methodology, and team performance. Jacobs Consultancy Directors typically possess an advanced degree in management, finance, engineering, public administration, or related field and 10 or more years of experience in business systems consulting, logistics management, strategic planning, business process improvement, or change management. As appropriate, may substitute years of equivalent experience for the advanced degree. Group Manager: Senior manager with advanced degree in management, finance, engineering, public administration, or related field, and 7 or more years of experience in business systems consulting, logistics management, strategic planning, business process improvement, or change management. Responsible for leading project team in large projects and overall project management for smaller projects. As appropriate, may substitute years of equivalent experience for the advanced degree. Senior Consultant: Advanced degree in a relevant professional discipline (or years of equivalent experience) and 5 or more years of experience in quality assessment, change management, activity based management, etc. Performs as lead consultant, trainer, or lead facilitator for assessments and management team support. Consultant: Advanced degree in a relevant professional discipline (or years of equivalent experience) and 2 or more years of experience. Subject areas of expertise may include business process analysis and improvement, benchmarking, computer training, etc. Performs as group facilitator and analyst on client projects. Leads small projects or task teams. Analyst: Accredited undergraduate degree in a relevant professional discipline and up to 2 years of experience in quality management systems, benchmarking, business process analysis and improvement, etc. Performs data collection and materials development roles on client projects. Graphic Illustrator: Must possess appropriate academic education, professional training, or equivalent experience for work in communications, English, journalism, liberal arts, graphics design, art, or other related fields. Designs and develops graphics and illustrations for use in technical materials, manuals, and other publications. Administrative Support: Performs general computer, financial, editing, word processing, graphics, and administrative skills in support of project teams. Associates degree or higher, with additional technical experience and appropriate years of experience. |
