Program Integration and Project Management Services (SIN 874-7)
Our support under SIN 874-7 includes providing comprehensive MOBIS services to manage and integrate various programs and projects. We offer expertise and proven performance in program integration and project management services across all acquisition disciplines – using a “whole systems architecture” approach. Our services encompass projects internal to or between Federal agencies; project management that connects and maintains liaison between multiple contractors; and monitoring of multiple projects.
We provide services and support to achieve interoperability; rapid and effective transition from science & technology to products; time-phased or time sensitive requirements management; commercial products management; technology assessment; performance based acquisition; rapid and effective transition from acquisition to deployment and fielding support; integrated test and evaluation support; competition and source selection support; integrated and effective operational support utilizing a total systems approach and potential logistics transformation; effective whole system management with appropriate potential tailoring for value and cost trade-offs; program stability assessment support; and simulation-based acquisition practices. We are fully accustomed to supporting streamlined organizations in planning, reorganization, and program architecture design.
